Welcome to Johnny’s Fit Ohana   

                       WARNINGThe workouts and other health related activities described by the author are to improve strength condition, health and fitness.  These programs may not be  appropriate for everyone. Individuals who suffer from any disease or recovering from any injuries,  should consult their physician before engaging in any of the following activities. Johnny’s Fit Ohana is not responsible or liable for any harm or injury resulting  from this programs or the use of the exercises or devices described herein 

CHECK NEW WORKOUT

Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever. We are an exercise group that offers Fitness Training in small groups, boot camps, and in utilizing kettle-bells as our primary training tool. We also use gymnastics rings, TRX, sandbags, swim and many other tools that most people would consider unconventional.

Johnny’s Fit Ohana Workout Policies We are excited that you are ready to improve your fitness level with our group, but before you get started, here are a few things you need to follow:   1. Prior to participating in any of our workouts, you must speak to one of our instructors about your interest in joining the workout, sign the required waiver for participation in our workouts and only observe the workout being performed by the group if this is your first time attending any of our workouts to learn the proper form and techniques for the workouts (unless the instructor in his or her sole discretion allows you to try out the first workout immediately).  2. Please let our instructors know if you have any injuries, medical conditions or are pregnant. Some participants may require a medical release to be completed by a physician before participating in our workouts. 3. Please bring your own kettlebells to each workout and if required by our instructors for any workout, please bring your own dumbbells and other equipment as

appropriate.  4. Any equipment provided by our instructors should be used for their intended purpose and our instructors shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to not permit any participants to use the instructors-provided equipment due to safety reasons.  5. Please arrive on time and be dressed in appropriate attire for the type of workouts, including proper athlete shoes to protect from injury, and proper swimwear and well-fitting goggles for those workouts involving water play.  6. Water and towels are recommended.  7. Workouts are subject to change or cancellation due to special events, low participation, inclement weather or threat of inclement weather.  8. Please respect the instructor by following enforced policies. Unruly participants or participants whom the instructor deems are disruptive to class can be asked to leave at the instructor’s discretion.  9. Neither Johnny’s Fit Ohana, our instructors or any of the other participants in the workouts are responsible for any of your personal items lost or stolen, including those left unattended. Participants are strongly urged to secure belongings.  10. Participation is at your own risk. Please do the workouts at your own pace. You are the best judge of your own capabilities and your body. Have fun!
